Subtle body integration - energy meridian - what are we stirring up when we practice yin
Four basic principles of Yin Yoga
Functional v Aesthetic yoga practice - no two bodies are the same. no two yoga practices are the same.
Foundational postures with proper alignment, use of props, and modifications
